The ENTRANS team were invited to present findings from their three-year research project at the closing conference for the HERA Joint Research Programme Cultural Encounters. Project Leader Professor Ian Armit also spoke on a panel about ‘How to Manage a Successful HERA Project’, which provided guidance for research teams launching their own projects as part of the new HERA Joint Research Programme Uses of the Past. The exhibition stand included posters on each of the ENTRANS themes (Art, Body and Landscape), animations and 3D prints from objects that we have scanned during the project, and a 5 minute teaser for our forthcoming documentary. Although it was sad that this was the last big event for the current ENTRANS project, it was good to see how much we have achieved!

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration under grant agreement no 291827.
